Our Hand held multi-purpose Scabbler is a versatile tool with a great of uses for cleaning, keying and preparing internal, external walls and floor surfaces. It’s the perfect tool for preparing concrete and masonry for refinishing, roughing the surface and removing dirt and old finishes is quick and easy. Ideal for stripping exterior facades, refurbishment of plaster and keying cellar walls.
